We are TSEC, a family-owned emerging small business based in Orange County, California, dedicated to serving the greater Southern California marketplace.

Managed by engineering and business professionals from the graduate Schools of Engineering and Business at Oregon State University (OSU), specifically in Construction Engineering Management, TSEC is led by ownership with over 30 years of experience in the fabrication, manufacturing, and construction trades. This seasoned team brings a wealth of knowledge, having successfully managed projects of various scales.
